More than a course. A credential you earn.

Completing the course is one part of earning Valuation Verified™. What comes next is showing how you apply that work in your own practice. After twelve weeks of instruction, casework, and collaboration, you'll move into the final qualification process designed to demonstrate your ability to apply what you've learned to your own practice and your own work

What you’ll learn

This course is designed to help experienced residential appraisers expand beyond traditional lender work and approach more complex, niche, and non-lender assignments. Over twelve weeks, you’ll explore how to identify and pursue different types of valuation work, scope assignments appropriately, strengthen the support behind your analyses and conclusions, communicate those conclusions clearly, and build a practice around the work you want to do.

What to expect each week

Plan on 3–5 hours each week, with approximately three hours of instruction and two hours of casework designed to put what you’re learning into practice.

designed for community

Twelve weeks of learning, casework, conversation, and connection, with a structure designed to give you both expert instruction and a smaller circle of women to learn alongside. You’ll have space to ask questions, exchange ideas, work through challenges, and learn from women with different experiences and perspectives.

WEEK ZERO

Get settled before we get started.
Before the course officially begins, Week Zero gives you time to get oriented, declare your practice area, prepare your work file, complete your pre-reading, and meet the women you'll be learning alongside.

YOUR POD

A smaller circle within the Collective.
You'll be placed in a pod of 8–10 women from different markets, a place to exchange ideas, work through challenges, ask questions, and build relationships without sitting alongside your direct competitors.

YOUR FOUNDING FACULTY

Learn from women who are doing the work.
Ten founding instructors bring experience across different specialties, markets, and areas of valuation practice. You'll learn from women who have built their own paths in the profession and get more than one perspective.
