Valuation Verified™

A professional credential designed to build real confidence through deeper knowledge, practical application, and demonstrated skill.

Learn more about the Valuation Collective and Valuation Verified.

Valuation Verified™ is designed to do more than show that you completed a course. Through rigorous education and independent review of your work, you’ll build the knowledge and confidence to take on more complex assignments, expand your practice, and stand behind your work with greater certainty.

The Valuation Collective teaches women appraisers what a broad valuation practice looks like, how to value their time, and how to support their conclusions so they hold up anywhere. We certify them on their own work and put them in a directory so clients can find them. We're expanding a market, and filling it with women whose credential shows they can serve it.

Because a credential should mean more than attendance.

more than education. Built around actual practice.

Valuation Verified combines advanced education with independent verification of an appraiser's work.

The cohort moves through a multi-step process designed to demonstrate both knowledge and the ability to apply it in actual practice.

Get Verified. and get Found.

Valuation Verified™ was designed with visibility built in.

Earning the credential means demonstrating your knowledge and work against an independent standard. The Valuation Verified directory puts that credential to work, giving attorneys, real estate agents, firms, and others a way to find Valuation Verified certified appraisers who can do the work.

Together, the credential and directory create a bridge between demonstrated expertise and the people looking for it.

You’ve done the work and earned the credential so we make it easier for the right people to find you.

Experienced appraisers already bring years of knowledge to their work. Valuation Verified is about building on that foundation, developing additional skills, strengthening practice, and creating opportunities to apply valuation expertise in new ways.

For some, that may mean narrative appraisal work. For others, consulting, litigation support, review work, complex assignments, or building a more specialized practice.

Why Valuation Verified?

The credential is new, your expertise isn't.

A credential designed to mean something.
