While sharing knowledge is important, I believe the best learning happens when people connect ideas to their own experiences and begin to see new possibilities for themselves. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone gain confidence, find their voice, or realize they are capable of more than they imagined.”

Known for her practical wisdom, sharp strategic thinking, and ability to connect with people at every stage of their careers, Kelli combines real-world experience with an authentic commitment to developing future leaders. Whether speaking to trainees, emerging professionals, or seasoned practitioners, she challenges audiences to think bigger about their potential and their ability to shape the future of the valuation profession.
